Great post! I remember the biggest factor in helping me eat normally, back when I had really disordered eating, was taking away the restriction. It’s so true that having that “no” mentality makes for a binge – purge cycle, whether the purging is dieting, throwing up, exercising, whatever.
I admire what you’re trying to do with this blog – keep it up 🙂
