Dear Readers,

On a request of so many of you, I am posting Audio link to Webinar, Keeping Your Tools Sharp: Maintaining Recovery In Eating Disorders with Dr. Nicole Siegfried on Wednesday February 18.

I am also attaching handouts and power point materials that accompanied the Webinar.  Please do listen to Audio and do read the handouts. They are very useful  and can really help you in your understanding of Eating Disorder Recovery. Nicole Siegfried as usual was excellent in her delivery, her knowledge was very good and this time she did take the Webinar to next level.   Don’t forget Change is Possible for Sufferers. No matter how far the individual has fallen as a result of their Eating Disorder, you do get a second chance in life. Once the individual is prepared to give up their ED the most amazing things can begin to happen in their life. Giving up ED behaviors is usually just the first of many changes that will need to take place in order to build a successful life in recovery. I hope you’ll find the information here useful and informative.
