“How strange and foolish is man. He loses his health in gaining wealth. Then, to regain his health he wastes his wealth.”

Dear Readers,

No recovery from Eating Disorder is possible without food . I used food as a medicine to heal my body from within. I remember one winter my body collapsed and I became extremely sick. I had also developed insomnia.  I was faced with the prospect of taking Valium and other medications. But I said no and decided to go down more natural healing path. I spent years battling a useless battle with mother-nature, i.e. eliminating foods from my diet, convincing myself I was being healthy. I only experienced stable ED free mind when I started to incorporate everything in my diet. Eating everything in balance: it radically transformed my body and healed me of all muscle joint pains, fatigue, allowing me to experience vibrant health.

Ayurvedic quote , “If diet is wrong, medicine is no use and when diet is correct, medicine is of no need.”
